Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix everything together until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper, shaping it for easy rolling.
- Roll the mixture into a log shape and wrap it tightly in parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
- Once firm, unwrap and slice into rounds.
