Ingredients

  • 1 pound crab meat (lump)
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, minced garlic, Old Bay seasoning, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix everything together until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper, shaping it for easy rolling.
  4. Roll the mixture into a log shape and wrap it tightly in parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
