- 4 large low-carb tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions
- Preheat your skillet or grill pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.
- Warm the tortillas in the microwave for 10-15 seconds, covered with a damp paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Divide the filling among the tortillas, roll them tightly, tucking in the sides.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
