- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Marinate the pork chops by combining maple syrup, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Coat the pork chops and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 4 hours.
- Cook the pork chops on a grill or in a skillet until the internal temperature reaches 145°F, about 3-6 minutes per side.
- Prepare the Dijon cream sauce by melting butter in a saucepan, whisking in flour, then gradually adding milk and cream until thickened. Stir in Dijon mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Serve pork chops topped with the Dijon cream sauce and garnish with crumbled bacon.
