- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

- Crusty bread, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare a baking dish by lightly coating it with olive oil.
- Arrange the cod or tilapia fillets in the center of the baking dish.
- Layer the sliced lemons on top of the fish.
- Add the cherry tomatoes and black olives around the fish.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic and oregano over the dish.
- Drizzle olive oil generously over everything.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until the fish is opaque and flaky.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with crusty bread.
