- 1 cup grilled chicken, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine the cooked pasta, grilled chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a separate small bowl.
