- 1 box brownie mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 2 Milky Way candy bars, chopped
- Optional: Whipped cream and chocolate drizzle for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease your 9×13 inch baking pan generously.
- Prepare the brownie mix by combining the brownie mix, 2 eggs, vegetable oil, and water in a bowl; mix until just combined.
- Pour half of this mixture into the prepared baking pan, spreading evenly.
- Make the cheesecake layer by beating the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually adding the sugar, vanilla, and 1 egg.
- Layer the cheesecake mixture over the brownie layer in the pan.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the cheesecake layer and sprinkle chopped Milky Way bars on top.
- Finish by pouring the remaining brownie batter over the top, swirling gently with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Cool completely before slicing.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
