Instructions
- Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
- Press the mixture into mini tart pans, compacting it at the bottom and sides to form the crust.
- Mix the filling: In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
- Fill the crusts with key lime filling, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream and a lime slice on each pie.
