Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until it resembles wet sand.
  2. Press the mixture into mini tart pans, compacting it at the bottom and sides to form the crust.
  3. Mix the filling: In a bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and lime zest. Fold in whipped cream until combined.
  4. Fill the crusts with key lime filling, smoothing the tops with a spatula.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
