- Hamburger buns or bread (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat; drain excess fat.
- Stir in the sliced mushrooms and sauté for an additional 3-5 minutes.
- Whisk together the creamy sauce and milk in a mixing bowl until combined.
- Pour the creamy mixture over the beef and mushrooms; season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer everything to a greased baking dish and top with shredded Swiss cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot, either in bowls or on toasted hamburger buns.
