- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips, melted
- Melted peanut butter for drizzling
- Chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Combine crushed peanut cookies with melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan, and refrigerate for 15–20 minutes to set.
- Make the peanut butter cheesecake layer: Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and peanut butter until smooth, fold in whipped topping, and spread over the crust.
- Create the chocolate ganache: Heat heavy cream until simmering, pour over chocolate chips, stir until smooth, and pour over the cheesecake layer. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the chocolate mousse layer: Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until soft peaks form, fold in melted chocolate, and spread over the ganache layer.
- Chill and firm: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, overnight is best.
- Add finishing touches: Drizzle with melted peanut butter and sprinkle with chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings before serving.

This dessert can be made a day in advance for enhanced flavor and texture. Feel free to customize layers with crushed pretzels or swap chocolate chips with white chocolate.
