Instructions

  1. Begin by making sure your chicken is cut into bite-sized pieces, seasoned evenly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and sauté for about 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Lower the heat slightly and add the minced garlic, sautéing for another 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth, bringing the mixture to a gentle boil. Add the egg noodles, cover, and simmer for 8–10 minutes until tender.
  5. Once the noodles have cooked, reduce the heat to low, stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan until well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed, then garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
