- 12 oz Rotini Pasta
- 1 lb Sausage (spicy Italian or turkey)
- 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
- 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 Onion (diced)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, stirring until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add the sausage to the pan, breaking it apart and cooking until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
- Mix the cooked rotini pasta into the sausage mixture, stirring to combine.
- Pour in the cream and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the mixture. Stir in the shredded white cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
Notes
Prepare ingredients in advance for quick cooking. Add veggies like spinach for freshness or red pepper flakes for heat.
