Description

A comforting and indulgent pasta dish combining white cheddar, ranch seasoning, and sausage, all cooked in one pan for easy clean-up.


Ingredients

  • 12 oz Rotini Pasta
  • 1 lb Sausage (spicy Italian or turkey)
  • 1 cup White Cheddar Cheese (shredded)
  • 1 packet Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add diced onions and minced garlic, stirring until softened (about 3-4 minutes).
  3. Add the sausage to the pan, breaking it apart and cooking until browned (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Mix the cooked rotini pasta into the sausage mixture, stirring to combine.
  5. Pour in the cream and sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the mixture. Stir in the shredded white cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.

Notes

Prepare ingredients in advance for quick cooking. Add veggies like spinach for freshness or red pepper flakes for heat.
