Description

A flavorful, one-skillet dish combining juicy steak strips, spiraled pasta, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce for a hearty meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound steak strips (sirloin or flank steak)
  • 8 ounces spiraled pasta (fusilli or rotini)
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the steak strips to the skillet and sear until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook the spiraled pasta until al dente. Drain, saving a cup of pasta water.
  4. Add the drained pasta to the skillet with the steak.
  5. Pour in the buffalo sauce and ranch dressing, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Simmer for a few minutes, adding reserved pasta water as needed to achieve desired sauciness.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

Consider marinating your steak in buffalo sauce for extra flavor. Best served with garlic bread or a side salad.
