- Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
- Wash and slice the zucchinis thinly.
- Mix together parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil.
- Dip each zucchini slice in the cheese mixture, coating both sides and placing on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow them to cool before enjoying.
