Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C).
  2. Wash and slice the zucchinis thinly.
  3. Mix together parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. Lightly spray a baking sheet with olive oil.
  5. Dip each zucchini slice in the cheese mixture, coating both sides and placing on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  6. Bake for 1.5 to 2 hours until golden brown and crispy.
