Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove any damaged leaves from the cabbage, then slice it into ¾-inch thick “steaks.”
- Drizzle olive oil over each steak and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Mix the Parmesan cheese with garlic powder, then sprinkle over the cabbage steaks.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
