Description
A decadent Parmesan Garlic Bread with a crispy crust and a rich, buttery garlic center, perfect as an appetizer or side dish.

- 1 loaf of crusty bread (Italian or French)
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For extra crispiness, broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely.
- Let cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Prepare the garlic butter in advance and store in the fridge for up to two days. Can also be cooked in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C).
