Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
- Add the frozen potstickers, cooking until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each.
- Remove the potstickers from the skillet and set aside.
- Toss in the bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots, sautéing for 3-5 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
- Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Return the potstickers to the skillet, tossing gently to mix with the vegetables.
