Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced

  • 1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil for sautéing

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Add the frozen potstickers, cooking until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes each.
  3. Remove the potstickers from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Toss in the bell peppers, snap peas, and carrots, sautéing for 3-5 minutes until vibrant and tender-crisp.
  5. Add minced garlic and ginger, stirring for an additional minute until fragrant.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables, stirring to coat.
  7. Return the potstickers to the skillet, tossing gently to mix with the vegetables.
