Ingredients

- 1 package of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup raspberry puree
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 package of puff pastry sheets
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh raspberries for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
- Mix cream cheese, raspberry puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
- Place a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries.
Notes
Make the filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Assemble and bake just before serving.
