Description

Delightful puff pastry bites filled with creamy raspberry cream cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup raspberry puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 package of puff pastry sheets
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares.
  3. Mix cream cheese, raspberry puree, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Place a small dollop of the cream cheese mixture onto each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving, garnish with fresh raspberries.

Notes

Make the filling a day in advance and store it in the refrigerator. Assemble and bake just before serving.
