Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining the flavors of Reese’s and Oreos, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and peanut butter until well blended.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
  5. While the balls are freezing, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  6. Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Once all the balls are coated, refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy your Reese’s Oreo Balls!

Notes

  • For a fun twist, you can drizzle some white chocolate over the top of the coated balls.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
  • Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate for coating.
