Description
A delicious and easy-to-make dessert combining the flavors of Reese’s and Oreos, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package of Oreo cookies (about 36 cookies)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or dark)
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos, softened cream cheese, and peanut butter until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes to firm them up.
- While the balls are freezing, melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated, and return them to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Once all the balls are coated, refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate.
- Serve chilled and enjoy your Reese’s Oreo Balls!
Notes
- For a fun twist, you can drizzle some white chocolate over the top of the coated balls.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate for coating.
