Description

Delicious rolled chicken filled with creamy feta, vibrant spinach, and sweet sun-dried tomatoes for a flavorful meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Toothpicks or kitchen twine for rolling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the filling by mixing feta, spinach, tomatoes, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fill each chicken breast with a generous portion of the filling.
  4. Roll the chicken tightly around the filling and secure with toothpicks or twine.
  5. Brown the chicken rolls in a medium skillet with olive oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  6. Bake the browned chicken in a baking dish for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
  7. Rest the chicken for a few minutes before slicing.
  8. Serve these beautiful rolls warm.
