Ingredients

  • 1 (9 oz) package oyster crackers
  • 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Scatter the oyster crackers evenly across the baking sheet.
  4. Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils (2-3 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Pour the caramel mixture over the crackers and gently toss to coat.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  8. Cool completely before breaking apart into clusters.
