- 1 cup butter (2 sticks)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Scatter the oyster crackers evenly across the baking sheet.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils (2-3 minutes).
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the crackers and gently toss to coat.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Cool completely before breaking apart into clusters.
