Instructions
- Season the pork: Generously sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork pieces, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
- Heat the skillet: In a large skillet, warm the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Sear the pork: Add the seasoned pork to the skillet, browning all sides for about 5-6 minutes.
