- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix in the pistachio pudding mix until well combined.
- Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in another bowl.
- Gradually add the dry mix to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped pistachios.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges turn lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
