- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 8 oz noodles (your choice)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp chili paste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside, reserving some pasta water.
- Place a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Let it warm until it shimmers.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
- Add sliced chicken, spreading it in a single layer. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in broccoli florets and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
- Mix in soy sauce and chili paste, coating everything well. If too dry, add reserved pasta water.
- Fold in the cooked noodles, tossing everything until evenly combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Ladle into bowls while hot and enjoy!
