Ingredients

- 4 Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 2 cups Cooked rice (white or brown)
- 2 cups Cauliflower florets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the glaze by mixing Sriracha and honey in a bowl.
- Arrange the salmon on a baking sheet and brush with the glaze.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spread them on the same baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon is flaky and the cauliflower is tender.
- Assemble the bowl with salmon over rice, topped with roasted cauliflower, fresh herbs, and sesame seeds.
Notes
For a spicier kick, adjust the amount of Sriracha. This dish can be made ahead by preparing the glaze a day in advance.
