Ingredients
- Bite-sized steak pieces
- Truffle gouda cheese
- Short pasta (penne or rigatoni)
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Onion
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add the bite-sized steak pieces, seasoning with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta, steak mixture, and truffle gouda cheese in a large mixing bowl, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish and top with extra truffle gouda.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbling.
- Garnish with parsley if using, and serve warm.
Notes
Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate until baking. Customize with sautéed veggies if desired.
