Description

A luxurious pasta bake featuring bite-sized steak and rich truffle gouda cheese, creating a comforting and decadent dish for any gathering.


Ingredients

  • Bite-sized steak pieces
  • Truffle gouda cheese
  • Short pasta (penne or rigatoni)
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, drain, and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic and onion, and sauté until fragrant, about 3–4 minutes.
  4. Add the bite-sized steak pieces, seasoning with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.
  5. Combine the cooked pasta, steak mixture, and truffle gouda cheese in a large mixing bowl, mixing well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a prepared baking dish and top with extra truffle gouda.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbling.
  8. Garnish with parsley if using, and serve warm.

Notes

Assemble ahead of time and refrigerate until baking. Customize with sautéed veggies if desired.
