- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup strawberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped strawberries and optional white chocolate chips.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Notes
Dough can be made a day in advance. Experiment with different berries or chocolate chips for unique flavors.
