Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream Butter and Sugars: Cream unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and powdered sugar together until light and fluffy.
  3. Add Eggs and Extracts: Beat in the eggs, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.
  4. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients.
  5. Chill the Dough: Chill the dough in the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
