- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) if baking; otherwise, heat a skillet over medium-high heat for stovetop cooking.
- Whisk together the mango sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a mixing bowl until combined.
- Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight for stronger flavors.
- Bake the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment for 20-25 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Alternatively, cook in a skillet with vegetable oil for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle with additional mango sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving.

Notes
You can marinate the chicken a day before to enhance flavors. This recipe can also be adapted for air frying.
