Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour gradually, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread minced garlic, herbs, and cheese evenly on top.
