Instructions

  1. Prepare the Coffee: Brew your strong coffee or espresso and allow it to cool slightly.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar. Use your electric mixer and blend.
  3. Add Flavorings: Pour in the cooled coffee along with the optional coffee liqueur and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Crush the Ladyfingers: Crush ladyfingers into coarse crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
