- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup cooked seafood (shrimp, crab, or scallops)
- 1/2 cup chopped spinach (optional)
- 1 jar marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions, ensuring they are al dente.
- Drain them gently and set aside to cool slightly.
- Combine ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan, cooked seafood, chopped spinach (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Stuff each cooked shell with the seafood mixture, packing it generously but carefully.
- Place the shells snugly in a baking dish.
- Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Make-ahead: Prepare the stuffed shells a day in advance and refrigerate. Bake just before serving. For a crispy finish, consider using an air fryer.
