- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup sugar substitute (like Stevia or erythritol)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
- Combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, almond flour, sugar substitute, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Use a whisk or hand mixer to blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
Notes
