Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar substitute (like Stevia or erythritol)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your baking pan.
  2. Combine Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, almond flour, sugar substitute, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl. Use a whisk or hand mixer to blend until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.

  5. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before cutting into squares.

Notes

Store brownies in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week, or freeze for up to three months. Reheat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds for a warm treat.
