- 4 Chicken Breasts or Thighs
- 8 slices Thick-Cut Bacon
- 2 tbsp Fresh Rosemary, chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh Thyme, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Trim excess fat from chicken and pat dry.
- Marinate the chicken with garlic, herbs, olive oil, and lemon juice for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high or your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wrap each chicken piece with a slice of bacon and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Cook on the grill for 15-20 minutes, or bake for 25-30 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest the chicken for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate chicken overnight. Experiment with different herbs or marinades.
