- 1 cup of pizza dough
- 1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until thin.
- Cut the dough into small chip-sized pieces.
- Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of each piece.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add your favorite pizza toppings before baking.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
