A quick and easy recipe for a delicious pepperoni pizza quesadilla that can be made in just five minutes.

- 2 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add the sliced pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
- Spread the pizza sauce over the pepperoni.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
- Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
