Description

A quick and easy recipe for a delicious pepperoni pizza quesadilla that can be made in just five minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  3. Add the sliced pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
  4. Spread the pizza sauce over the pepperoni.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and place the second tortilla on top.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom tortilla is golden brown.
  7. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the other side is golden and the cheese is melted.
  8. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • Feel free to add other toppings like bell peppers or olives.
  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
  • Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
