- 2 cans of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 cups of diced apples
- 1 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup of chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the diced apples with sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and add to the apple mixture.
- Pour the melted butter over the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- If using, sprinkle chopped pecans on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
