- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- On a baking sheet, toss green beans with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the marinated chicken on another baking sheet.
- Place both baking sheets in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and green beans are tender.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the chicken before serving.
- Serve hot with the roasted green beans on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken overnight.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the roasting pan.
