- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 ripe peaches, pitted and cubed
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the chicken, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
- Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken and peach cubes onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and peach.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add bell peppers or onions to the skewers.
- Make sure to soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
