Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 ripe peaches, pitted and cubed
  • 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the chicken, BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken.
  2. Let the chicken marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken and peach cubes onto the skewers, alternating between chicken and peach.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  6. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
