- 1 cup of beer
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder

- Oil for frying

- 2 tablespoons of fresh herbs (such as parsley, dill, or chives)
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Gradually whisk in the beer until the batter is smooth.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dip each mushroom into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, herbs, and lemon juice to make the herb mayo.
- Serve the fried mushrooms hot with the herb mayo on the side.
