Description

Ingredients

  • 1 medium Caramelized Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Smoky Chipotle Mayo
  • 1 cup Fresh Arugula
  • 2 slices Toasted Bread

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a frying pan over medium heat for 4-6 minutes per side until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  2. Caramelize the onions in the same pan with a pinch of salt over low heat for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Mix the chipotle mayo in a bowl, adjusting the spice to your preference.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by toasting the bread, spreading the chipotle mayo, layering the bacon, caramelized onions, and arugula, then topping with the other slice of bread.
