Description

A delicious twist on the classic Big Mac, this casserole combines all the flavors you love in a convenient and easy-to-make dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the chopped pickles, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the crescent roll dough in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
  5. Layer the beef mixture over the dough.
  6. Drizzle Thousand Island dressing over the beef.
  7. Top with shredded cheese and lettuce.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
