Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles
  • Fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract.
  2. Stir in the sprinkles until evenly distributed.
  3. Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight.
  4. In the morning, give the oats a good stir and add more milk if needed for desired consistency.
