- 1 cup fresh blackberries
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix crushed pistachios, flour, melted butter, granulated sugar, and salt until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs and vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in the blackberries into the egg mixture.
- Pour the blackberry mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set and the edges are golden.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
