Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
  3. Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
