- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
