Description

A delicious no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake and fresh blueberries, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  6. Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Add a layer of fresh blueberries on top of the cheesecake layer.
  8. Spread the remaining cheesecake mixture over the blueberries.
  9. Top with more blueberries and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.

Notes

  • For a sweeter cake, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
  • Feel free to substitute other berries if desired.
  • Make sure to use room temperature cream cheese for a smoother texture.
