  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Begin by rinsing the salad greens under cold water and drying them.
  2. Place the greens in a large salad bowl.
  3. Slice the red onion thinly and scatter it over the greens.
  4. Mix together the olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
