Description

Buffalo Chicken Macaroni & Cheese is a delicious and spicy twist on the classic comfort food, combining creamy cheese sauce, tender chicken, and zesty buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  4. Add the cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
  5. Stir in the buffalo sauce and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
  6. Add the cooked macaroni and shredded chicken to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
  9. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
