- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the cream cheese and milk, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the buffalo sauce and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined.
- Add the cooked macaroni and shredded chicken to the cheese sauce, mixing well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
- For a creamier texture, add more cream cheese.
