Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of crusty bread
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the crusty bread into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
  4. Toast the bread in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  6. Once the bread is toasted, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly.
  7. Top each slice of toasted bread with a generous amount of burrata cheese.
  8. Spoon the cherry tomato mixture over the burrata.
  9. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  10. Serve immediately and enjoy!
