  • 1 cup butternut squash, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 cup cooked quinoa

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced butternut squash, cooked quinoa, chopped sage, cream cheese, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast and stuff with the butternut squash mixture.
