- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the sliced bell peppers, onion, and garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and mix with the vegetables.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
